Our food is freshly prepared using local ingredients. We offer breakfast trays to your room in our self-contained suites, or breakfast in the dining room. Vegetarian options are always available, and special diets are catered for on request.

Hot dishes

  • Creamy Welsh whiskey porridge
  • Full Welsh breakfast — bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, fried bread and potatoes, or variations of
  • Scrambled, poached or boiled eggs
  • Mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and/or baked beans on toast
  • Smoked salmon with extras of your choice
  • Breakfast muffin with sausage patty and poached eggs

Bread & pastry

  • Toast and varied sweet breads or pastries

  • Welsh Brew tea and/or coffee
  • A selection of fruit and herbal teas
  • Vegetarian options always available.
  • Special diets catered for on request.
  • Breakfast is included in Garden Room rates.
  • In the Meadow Suite, breakfast to the apartment is £14 per person (reduced on a weekly stay).
  • In the Bufton Suite, breakfast to the room or dining room is £10 per person (reduced for longer stays).
